Hand the busywork to AI. Keep every decision.
Your team is doing too much by hand. I set up Anthropic's Claude for Small Business inside the tools you already use. The AI drafts the work, and you approve it from a desk, a truck, or between patients.
“Waited 40 minutes for a table on a Tuesday…”
Anna, I'm sorry. Tuesday should never be a 40-minute wait. Come back as my guest and let me make it right.

We compare the first automation to what we agreed. You decide what comes next.
You could do it yourself. Here is what each way takes.

- Your playbook, in your accounts
What working with me includes.
- A call to find the one thing worth automating first.
- Claude for Small Business set up inside your accounts.
- Your playbook: how your business runs, written down in plain language.
- The first automation, built and tested on your real data.
- Bridges to tools without a ready-made connector.
- Month one watched and adjusted while your team learns it.
See what your first automation looks like.
30 minutes. No fee. You describe what eats your week, and I say what I would automate first.
Book a callWhat owners ask me first.
Is this a chatbot? My customers hate talking to bots.
No. A chatbot answers from a script. An AI agent reads your data, uses your tools, and drafts the work. Nothing sends without your team clicking send, so your customer gets a reply from a real person.
Will AI replace my team?
No. It does the work your team does not have time for anyway. Your team keeps the relationships and the decisions, and gets to spend more time on both.
My competitors are doing this already. Am I too late?
No. 58% of small businesses used generative AI in 2025, up from 23% in 2023 (US Chamber of Commerce). Most of that is a chat window: an email drafted, a post written. Few have it running inside their operations, which is where the hours are.
I do not have time to learn another tool.
You do not need to. Your part is the first call, a few decisions, and a check-in at the end of month one. Your tools stay the same for you and your team.
I run a regulated business (dental, medical, legal, financial). Is this safe?
It can be. Before anything is built, we agree in writing what the AI can and cannot see, and clinical, legal, and financial records stay out unless your rules allow it. If your field requires a signed data agreement, that gets confirmed before we start.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Everything I set up has a check. Rules first, a model second, a person on anything that matters. If something looks off, it stops and asks you instead of guessing.
Am I locked into Claude?
No. Your playbook is plain documents in your own Google Drive or Notion, and the connections use your own logins. Any AI tool can read a plain document, so if something better comes along, your playbook goes with you.
How much does it cost, how long does it take, and what if I want to stop?
We agree on cost and timing in the first call, before anything starts. No retainer, no long contract, no auto-renewal. Everything lives in your own accounts, including your playbook.
One call, and you know what your first automation looks like.
30 minutes, no fee. You describe what eats your week. I say what I would automate first and what you would get out of it. If it is not a fit, I say so and point you somewhere better.
