Questions that come up often.
What's a “30-day onboarding trial”?
Every Free start kicks off DAC's full 30-day onboarding ritual. Day 1 welcome interview. Week 1 deliverables (org map, cycle plan, first customer-call read, first second-opinion). Day 30 check-in. You experience the same ritual a real Pro customer does, free, for 30 days. On day 30, DAC's onboarding is complete and your account drops to Free limits unless you upgrade. The bet: the buyer who has experienced DAC's full onboarding is more committed than one who only saw a score.
What happens at day 60 and day 90 if I stay on Free?
You don't get to those milestones on Free. Day 60 pushback and Day 90 graduation report are Pro-tier features. If you upgrade by day 30, the ritual continues uninterrupted. If you stay on Free, DAC stops producing new artifacts. Free retention is 30 days. Artifacts older than 30 days drop off. Upgrade to Pro to keep artifacts indefinitely.
Can I see what Day 30 / Day 60 / Day 90 looks like before I commit?
Yes. Visit /demo/acme-ai (the demo tenant) and use the timeline scrubber to see real DAC artifacts at every milestone. You can see what DAC produces on day 1, week 1, day 30, day 60, day 90 before you ever start your own day 1.
Why 30 days free instead of 7 or 14?
Because the new-hire ritual takes 30 days. A 7-day trial of a coach who hasn't met your team yet is meaningless. The 30-day ritual is the product. It's also long enough that the buyer's emotional commitment is real, not transactional.
Can I switch tiers mid-month?
Yes. Stripe prorates. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes, 20% off on Pro ($239/mo) and Business ($960/mo). Enterprise is custom annual by default.
How do integrations work?
Free includes Linear, GitHub, and LinearB self-serve OAuth or API key. Pro adds full MCP access (so DAC can push context to Cursor, Claude Code, Devin, Lindy). Business adds the full 50+ adapters (Jira, Slack, Figma, PostHog, Sentry, Notion, and more). Each connected integration makes the read tighter and the coaching more specific.
What about Development Lifecycle?
All three frameworks ship on every tier. Development Lifecycle is live and generally available. It was in early-access through the design-partner cohort until April 2026 and went GA with the three-framework launch.
Can I invite teammates on Free?
Yes. Free includes 5 read-only invitee seats on top of the 1 coach seat. Invitees see your reads and coaching but cannot trigger new reads or chat with DAC. Move to Pro for editor seats with full write access.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in settings; takes effect at the next billing cycle. No export fee. Your historical artifacts stay accessible (read-only) for the retention window of the tier you drop down to. On Free, that window is 30 days.
What's not included at any tier?
Consulting engagements, custom development, white-label licensing, or anything that requires our team to personalize the product for your org. Reach out if you want those. Not part of the subscription.
